An innovative, high-end listing package designed to preserve your equity and change the way homes are sold

This cutting-edge program is designed for the savvy homeowner who doesn’t mind doing a little work to preserve their own equity.

2.5% of the final sales price of your home will be paid to the buyer’s broker.
$6,000 will be paid to me – whether your home sells for $200,000 or $2,000,000.

I will provide all of the professional services used to market luxury listings and will negotiate and coordinate the sale through closing. All you will need to do is schedule showings and hold open houses.

How it works

How it works

The 2-5-6 package includes:

  1. Professional photography including drone/aerial photos
  2. Matterport 3D virtual tour – to help buyers visualize your home online before deciding to schedule a showing
  3. Comp analysis to help you set your starting price
  4. Full listing on the MLS for maximum exposure
  5. Custom open house signs – with your home address to make your open house stand out in a crowd
  6. Creative, high-end sales brochures
  7. Staging and home improvement recommendations
  8. Review of every offer – I will discuss the positives and pitfalls with you
  9. Negotiate with the buyer and their agent – I will handle the negotiations
  10. Coordinate the transaction through closing
Your responsibility

What you need to do

Simple – show your home.

  1. Schedule showings – take calls from agents and buyers and make your home available to show (lockbox will be provided)
  2. Hold open houses – who else is more qualified to answer questions about a home than the homeowner?
  3. Coordinate times for inspections
What’s the catch

The catch

It’s just a simple commitment
  1. Allow me to represent you IF you purchase any real estate within 2 years
  2. Or, send a referral my way that results in a closed sale or purchase

I’m asking to be your exclusive Realtor or your referral source for 2 years. If you don’t purchase any real estate within 2 years, there is no further obligation. If one of your referrals results in a closed sale or purchase, you are no longer obligated to be represented by me for the remainder of the 2 years. Basically, any further income I receive will be from someone else’s equity, not yours. If you plan to buy a home immediately after selling your current one, your obligation will be fulfilled.
