Through July 31, 2016 we are once again the top producing office along the North County Highway 15 inland corridor:

  3. Coldwell Banker: 294
  4. Pacific Sotheby’s: 200
  5. Re/Max: 192

We have sold 200 more homes than our closest competitor, and we have sold more than Coldwell Banker and Pacific Sotheby’s combined!

Homes sold in the north inland area in July 2016 averaged $344 per square foot which was up from $330/sq ft in July 2015 – a 4.2% increase. In July 2014, the average price per square foot was $311. While this year didn’t have as large of an increase, prices continue to rise steadily in a controlled manner.

Average sales price in July 2016 was $644,000 compared to $632,000 the year before and on average took 28 days compared to 29 days in July 2015.
