The numbers are in for 2015, and once again we were the top producing office along the Hwy 15 inland corridor!

Homes sold in the north inland area in December 2015 averaged $325 per square foot which was up from $312/sq ft in December 2014.

Average sales price in December 2015 was $624,000 compared to $639,000 the year before and on average took 39 days compared to 48 days at the end of 2014.

This means that demand is increasing for smaller homes (with less square footage). If you have a home in the $600,000 to $750,000 range and are planning to sell this year, you can expect it to sell very quickly so plan accordingly.
